Jan 02, 2018 · Would really appreciate your help here. I am facing a similar problem for both my Kindle (Paperwhite and Fire HDX) and also my Garmin 520 Device. I have a Windows 10 Pro installed on my laptop and have all the windows updates installed. I have also tried uninstalling all the USB drivers and then reinstalling them but the problem persists.
